My GTA Online Account: Go paperless
Did you know approximately 324 liters of water is used to produce one kilogram of paper? You can fill 82 glasses of water or take up to three showers with that much water. Joining the paperless billing movement supports GTA’s efforts to reduce their environmental footprint and promote sustainability.
As of April 1, 2021, all new customers were auto enrolled into GTA’s paperless billing and may opt for a printed bill with a monthly recurring charge of $3.00. Existing customers who did not opt for paperless billing before July 1, 2021 are charged GTA’s Printed Bill Fee monthly.*
*Customers with Landline Only and Lifeline are exempt from the $3.00 paper billing fee.
You can now change your billing preferences at home with GTA E-Pay. Go Green with GTA and choose Paperless Billing! It's quick, easy & kind to the earth.
Step 1: Visit GTA E-Pay or type https://epay.gta.net/ on your preferred web browser, and log into your E-Pay account.
Don’t have a GTA Online account? Create your account.
Step 2: E-Pay will route you to your homepage or My Account where you can change your billing preferences. You can also access My Account by clicking the menu bar at the top of your screen.
Step 3: Next to Receiving Paper Bill click Change.
Step 4: GTA will confirm that you wish to stop receiving a paper statement in the mail. Click Yes I want to cancel notification.
