A Detailed Overview of the Account:

On a bill summary, customers can find the account holder’s information (customer’s name and mailing address); an account summary (account number, invoice number, billing date, due date, past due balances, current charges, and due dates); a detailed summary of charges and services (all the services under the account and their charges); and GTA News & Notes (monthly updates on GTA’s latest services and pricing, and customer programs and promotions).

Clear Organization:

GTA bills are organized by color and labeled according to the services they represent. Below the labels, you'll find a breakdown of charges for each service, which also include detailed information on how services are billed and how the charges are calculated.

Eco-Conscious Billing

Did you know approximately 324 liters of water is used to produce one kilogram of paper? That’s 82 glasses of water. In an effort to Go Green and reduce our carbon footprint, GTA has moved to paperless billing. Customers may view their bill electronically through their E-Pay account. Paper bills are subject to a monthly fee of $3.00.

As of April 1, 2021, all new customers are auto enrolled into GTA’s paperless billing and may opt for a printed bill with a monthly recurring charge of $3.00. Existing customers who did not opt for paperless billing before July 1, 2021 are charged GTA’s Printed Bill Fee monthly.

Top Trick: Opt for paperless billing and join GTA’s commitment to Go Green. Register with E-Pay online or with the help of a representative.

Customers with Landline Only and Lifeline are exempt from the $3.00 paper billing fee.

Keywords to Know

Surcharge: A surcharge is an additional fee or charge added to the regular price of a product or service.

Example: Network upgrade or service change.

Billing Dates or Period: The billing dates or billing period of your statement refers to the specific dates GTA issues invoices to customers for the services or products they have used or purchased. Billing dates are subjective to the account and the holder’s agreed billing cycle with GTA.

Example: Ha’ani’s bill summary is issued on the first of September and her billing period covers service charges from Sep. 01 to Sep. 30.

Recurring Charges: Recurring charges represent the ongoing costs of maintaining services with GTA TeleGuam and are billed every month.

Example: Francis signed up for Fiber Internet 25 with GTA’s Quad Play Bundle. His recurring charge includes the cost of Fiber Internet 25 and GTA’s Quad Play Bundle discount that’s added automatically to each billing statement.
