Important!
To update the list of authorized users on your account, have the following information on hand:
- Your account number
Pro Tip: Your account number can be found on the first page of your billing statements.
- The name of the account holder
- The phone number associated with the account
- Your 4-digit pin number or password
- The name of the users you want to add or remove
If you don’t have this information available, a GTA representative can assist you in recovering your account information.
