Step 1: If you haven’t already, contact GTA to sign up for Plume WiFi powered by Plume HomePass.
Things to Know: All GTA internet customers can sign up for the Plume WiFi service and there is no installation fee for first-time customers signing up for internet service. However, existing customers wanting to reallocate their services to a new location will need to pay a one-time relocation fee of $19.99, which covers the entire relocation process which includes the Plume devices.

Step 2: GTA will provide you with the necessary equipment, which may include a modem and any additional devices like pods for extended coverage. Follow the instructions provided with the equipment to connect your modem and any pods to your existing internet setup.
Things to Know: Installation times may vary but on average take up to an hour to an hour and a half to complete. To ensure accuracy and quality of installation, GTA will do a pre-qualification check prior to your Plume WiFi installation date.
Step 3: Once you’re signed-up and your Plume WiFi is installed, GTA will provide you instructions on how to activate your Plume WiFi. You will need to Download the HomePass app by Plume. Learn how to download and manage the app here.
Step 4: Test your internet connection to ensure everything is working correctly. If you encounter any issues, contact visit GTA’s customer support services for assistance
