Request your bill online
Contact a GTA representative to receive your bill in your email inbox for easy and quick access. You may need to provide your account number, four-digit pin, and the name of the account holder.
Visit a GTA retail store
Visit any of our retail locations and request a digital or printed copy of your bill from any of our trained representatives.
Top Trick: Printed bills are subject to a $3 printed bill fee. Skip the added fee, opt for paperless billing and join GTA’s commitment to Go Green. Register with E-Pay online or with the help of a representative.
