Discover the convenience of GTA E-Pay, an online payment service designed to simplify bill management for our valued customers. With E-Pay, customers can pay bills with ease, set up automatic payments, and manage their account—all from the comfort of their own device.
Register your account.
Step 1: Visit GTA E-Pay or type https://epay.gta.net/ on your preferred web browser.
Things to know: If you have an existing account but forgot your account number, you can find your account number on page 1 of your previous billing statement. Otherwise, select Forgot Username? or Forgot Password? and enter the email or username associated with your GTA account. Answer the security question provided to you. If your answer is correct, select Submit to receive a temporary password in your email. Otherwise, contact a GTA representative for assistance.
Step 2: Under New Users select Click here to register.
Step 3: Enter the information requested on the screen.
Top Tricks: Your Account Password is a 4-digit pin created when the account was opened. If you don’t know your pin, seek the assistance of a GTA representative online or over the phone.
Step 4: Once your account is registered, E-Pay will route you to your homepage or My Account where you can view your current balance, payments past due, and previous billing statements. You also have the options to view your Call Details and One Time Charges and Credits, and manage your monthly payments, profile, and payment preferences.

Go Green with GTA
Did you know approximately 324 liters of water is used to produce one kilogram of paper? That’s 82 glasses of water. In an effort to Go Green and reduce our carbon footprint, GTA has moved to paperless billing. Customers may view their bill electronically through their E-Pay account. Paper bills are subject to a monthly fee of $3.00.
As of April 1, 2021, all new customers are auto enrolled into GTA’s paperless billing and may opt for a printed bill with a monthly recurring charge of $3.00. Existing customers who did not opt for paperless billing before July 1, 2021 are charged GTA’s Printed Bill Fee monthly. Visit your GTA E-Pay account to go paperless or contact GTA a GTA representative.
